problem with fluent nhibernate nhibernat and mysql

hi,
i have a proble i use nhibernate and fluent to nhibernate with linq to nhibernate to manipulate data in a mysql data base but i get this problem:

    It sounds like you've got multiple versions of your MySql assembly.

    hi,

    i have verify the assembly mysql.data and i found that i use a one assembly wich version is 5.1.7.0 also in the declaration in the dao.xml i declare the version used
